Slice white onion into medium chunky onion rings and chargrill on the side of the BBQ

Place bacon onto the grill part of the BBQ

Place the Burger mince onto the flat plate and leave to sizzle and smash the burger down with the burger smasher.

Leave for a few minutes and turn the layer of burger and put the cheese on top.
5.
To assemble, place bun bottom down, add a little mayo or tomato to hold the lettuce down, place a slice of tomato onto the lettuce.
6.
Add your burgers on top of the tomato, add charred onion with your gherkins and then the bacon and place burger bun top on top and serve.
