Preheat the grill to 200C.

Combine the marmite, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, sugar and the lime juice and zest into a mixing bowl and combine. Optionally here you can reserve about a quarter of the mixture to toss the wings in at the end for extra punch.

Add the wings to the bowl and coat evenly.

Leave to marinade for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

Place the wings on direct heat. Close the lid and grill, turning occasionally. Once the wings have reached a safe eating temperature of 75°c and safe to eat, you can continue to cook until they have reached your preferred texture.

Remove from the grill and allow to rest for a few minutes. If you reserved some of the marinade, pour on top of the wings and toss.
7.
Garnish with lime zest and enjoy with your favourite sides.
