Burn the peppers on the BBQ ring or on the grill part

When all burnt leave to cool for a few minutes, place a colander under a running cold tap to remove the burnt skin of the pepper to leave a lovely pepper flesh.

Pat dry and slice into strips and leave on the side.

Add a skillet to the BBQ & add a little bit of oil and gently fry the halloumi slices to colour & take off when both sides are coloured. Then add garlic, peppers, olives & capers with the tin tomato and stir around. Then add the slice halloumi in any way you would like them and put the BBQ lid down for a few minutes, checking that it is piping hot & sprinkle with some salt & pepper & serve.
