Preheat the grill to 200°C.

Prepare the wings by removing the tips with a sharp knife.
3.
Season the wings with the garlic granules, salt, pepper and oil oil and toss to combine to ensure an even distribution.
4.
Place the wings on indirect heat by placing on the warming rack to cook through.
5.
Whilst the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. Place a saucepan on the side burner and turn on to a medium heat. Add the butter and stir until completed melted.
6.
Add the crushed garlic, grated parmesan and parsley and stir well. Reduce to a low heat.
7.
Once the chicken wings have reached an internal temperature of 75°C remove from the warming rack and place directly over the heat on to the grill grates. Allow to reach a lovely golden brown colour then flip and do the same on the other side, a couple of minutes on each.
8.
Remove from the heat completely and place on to your serve ware. Pour over the garlic parmesan sauce ensuring the wings are coated evenly. Enjoy!
