Score a criss-cross pattern with a sharp knife in the top fat of the ham

Brush the top with the rapeseed oil
3.
Place red peppercorns in each square corner
4.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the top
5.
Peel and cut the carrots lengthways into quarters
6.
Peel and cut the garlic in half
7.
Coat the carrots and garlic with rapeseed oil
8.
Place the ham and carrots onto the Outback grill and cook for 10 minutes turning occasionally
