1.
Preheat the grill to 200°C and insert the pizza stone attachment. Allow the pizza stone to heat for 15 minutes before cooking which will give you time to prepare your pizza.

Roll the block of puff pastry into a ball and then roll out using a rolling pin into one large circular pizza base.
3.
Add the pizza sauce to the top and distribute evenly.
4.
Add the grated cheese, then add all the breakfast toppings except the egg.
5.
Using a pizza peel transfer the pizza to the pizza stone.
6.
Baste the crust with butter.
7.
Close the lid of the grill and allow to cook for about 15 minutes.
8.
Heat a saucepan with a little oil using the side burner.
9.
Crack and cook the egg then place in the middle of the pizza.
10.
Cook for a further 5 minutes ensuring the pastry and toppings are cooked through.
11.
Remove from heat, slice and enjoy.
