Add new potatoes to a pan with salted water and part cook. Cool down and sprinkle over with some oil, salt and pepper and wrap in foil.

Place the foiled potatoes onto a low heat part of the BBQ.

Place the kebab rack onto the BBQ on high heat

Add a lemon half onto the BBQ to char
5.
Slice the salmon into thick long strips & Skewer salmon & place onto the kebab rack. Season with salt & pepper, the asparagus and vine tomatoes.
6.
Place lid down for a few minutes.
7.
Lift the lid, turn the salmon & the asparagus and the vine tomatoes.
8.
Place lid down and cook for another few minutes.
9.
Serve the salmon with the potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, get the charred lemon and squeeze over the dish.
