IMPORTANT TIP: The Outback barbecue cover is a strong waterproof barrier which protects your barbecue from the elements outside, such as sun and rain. However, moisture from the air can also be trapped underneath the cover, which can cause condensation on your barbecue and can cause rusting. It is recommended to occasionally take off the cover and let your barbecue “breathe”. Please make sure that your barbecue is dry before placing the cover back on. Cleaning off food residue also prevents mould from growing.

The cover is fine, bit baggy, not a tailored fit, but fine. The customer service, not so much. I have an Outback Frontier 4 which you no longer make. The cover needed replacing. I asked if there was a cover from a contemporary model which would fit. I think good service would have looked like this: Your CSR would look up the dimensions of the obsolete bbq, then find a current model with a suitable cover, then email me the details. They would also have signed off with their name. Instead, I receive ‘computer says no’, go and look it up yourself. Hilariously, the CSR includes a copy of the ‘response form’, containing this priceless text, “Email isn’t the place to manage conversations with new leads! We’ve partnered with vCita CRM so you can easily manage all communications with your new contacts in one place.” Your company might want to reflect on the impression you give. We’re quarry, not customers.
